ABOUT Sunil
My passion for food was begun when I was just 5 years old. I always see the restaurant next to my house and think for hotel-man for two reasons. One is of course a fresh hot food all the time and another is money counter. When people pay the bill on the counter I always see myself taking the money. I couldn’t become the hotel-man but became passionate about cooking.
When I was a primary school student, I started collecting every food articles that I could lay my hands on. I would cut out food pictures from newspapers, magazines on food reviews, restaurant menus, recipes and eating columns. I would paste them on my scrapbooks or file them in ring files, reading them over and over again. I developed a genuine interest not just in eating good food, but in cooking it too. I found cooking very interesting and immensely satisfying.

I don’t claim to be an expert but simply a person who is deeply fascinated by Indian food, food styling and food experiments as one of my biggest passions and interests.... I contributed my weekends in the kitchen most of the day to enjoy myself and play with various ingredients.
Cooking is also an act of love, and a way to show caring. One of my most enjoyable past times is cooking. To me, the joy of cooking and the smiles on happy faces when they liked my food made it all worthwhile. I feel happiest when making people happy.
