Kheema is a traditional meat dish from the Indian subcontinent. Kheema is nothing but minced meat. In India mostly we refer minced mutton as Kheema. I have improvised this recipe and switched it with Chicken- making it Chicken Kheema Recipe.

Murg Mangaloori (Mangalorean Chicken) which is also known as ‘Kori Ajadina’, is one of the famous Mangalorean dishes. It is usually made spicy and there can be lot of variations.

This recipe is of the state 'Kerala'. Kerala, India's south western coast state, emerged out of the sea. The food in Kerala shows the influence of variety of cultures. Kerala has an abundance of fish, both from the sea and fresh waters.

It is an amalgamation of Mughal, Turkish, and Arabic along with the influence of the native Telugu and Marathwada cuisines. Hyderabadi food tastes excellent when cooked in any medium as it gets its taste from the spices. The addition of a certain Herb, Spice, Condiment, or an amalgamation of these adds a unique taste and texture to the dish.

Chicken Maharani is a Mughlai recipe – chicken cooked with aromatic spices in thick yogurt, onion, and nuts based curry. Rogan josh is an aromatic lamb dish of Persian origin, which is one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri cuisine.Rogan josh thus means cooked in oil at intense heat. Another interpretation of the name rogan josh is derived from the word rogan meaning "red color" and josh meaning passion or heat. It is one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri cuisine.

Today I am sharing one of the best chicken gravy recipes that foodies love to eat due to unique flavour.

Mughlai Zafrani Chicken is a rich chicken curry cooked with cashew nut paste and spices and flavored with saffron. This chicken dish is prepared using pure, dairy fresh ghee.

This Mughlai style curry recipe is no exception, the gravy is earthy and deep, made creamy with a paste made with cashew, fried onions, red Kashmiri chillies and yogurt.

Ahuna Chicken which is cooked in a clay pot (earthen pot) at a very low flame for a long time is a signature dish. What gives it its characteristic taste is a whole garlic bulb that is cooked with the meat. The garlic is whole yet nice and soft when the curry gets ready.

If you are an Egg- lover, you must absolutely love this street food dish. This dish is creatively named too. An absolute must have is the Egg Ghotala and the Boiled Egg Masala with Pav (Bread). Ghotala means a mixture and is kind of like Pav Bhaji but made with Eggs. It has a very spicy base of tomato and onion mixed with fried egg and grated boiled egg.

The Amritsari Tawa Murg (Pan Fried Amritsari Chicken) is a good place to show off carefully layered spices into a rich sauce paired with fresh aromatics like onion, ginger and garlic. Pureed tomatoes render a brilliant velvety and orange base, adding different flavors that enhances the taste of the food even more.

Tava Chicken is a spicy and succulent quick fix boneless chicken dish that can be prepared in just few minutes. I love this recipe, simple and so much flavour. I use boneless chicken thigh because I love their texture and flavour - particularly in tava dishes.
